WELLderness Yoga at Kenilworth

(DC) (Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens) This Kundalini Yoga class follows a structured, intentional sequence designed to awaken energy, balance the nervous system, and support overall well-being. The WELLderness series brings members of the community together to engage in activities that have a positive impact on their physical and mental health and well-being.

Kahlil Kuykendall is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher who has been sharing the practice since 2006. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping others manage stress, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and mindfulness.
