Discover how ancient Hawaiians crossed vast ocean distances and the practices they carried with them, including experiences in lāʻau lapaʻau (traditional Hawaiian medicine), nā mea kanu ʻōiwi o Hawaiʻi (Native Hawaiian plants), hands-on activities with ʻohe kāpala (bamboo stamping), Hawaiian games, and a kuʻi ʻai (poi pounding) demonstration.
