(MD) (Springsong Museum) As the first hints of autumn begin to touch the landscape, join DC Bird Alliance for a naturalist-paced bird walk along the Northwest Branch of the Anacostia River, beginning at the future home of Springsong Museum. This guided walk will bring participants to Carson’s former neighborhood to experience the quiet beauty and bird inhabitants of the Northwest Branch and discover how careful observation can deepen our understanding and awe of the natural world.
