(VA) (NOVA Parks) Carolina Wrens are small chunky birds with long curved bills and bright songs. They are some of the loudest singers in the Winkler Preserve and yet provide beautiful sounds. We’ll take a walk to find these feathered friends and seek inspiration from their songs, then head into the Lodge to make your own cheerful friend out of felt, embellishing with your own creative flourish as you learn simple stitches.
