(VA) (Kindred Nature)
This mindful nature connection journey invites you to revel in the radiance of mid-spring—a time when gardens burst with color, forests hum with life, and warm breezes carry the scent of blossoms. Through the restorative practice of nature and forest therapy, also known as forest bathing (inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku)—guided by Kindred Nature’s Ilana Rubin—we will attune ourselves to this season’s richness and renewal. Registration required, all adults welcome.
