(MD) (National Park Service) Help the Accokeek Foundation remove invasive plant species on October 9 in honor of National Public Lands Day! Meet at 3400 Bryan Point Road Accokeek, MD 20607  to receive tools, learn some easy plant identification techniques, and get oriented to the project at hand. Please wear sturdy close-toes shoes, long pants and sleeves, and bring water with you.
