We will discuss the characteristics that differentiate ferns from other organisms and talk about what to look for when identifying ferns. This will be about a two-mile walk at a moderate pace on natural trails.

(DC) (US Botanic Garden) Join Arrin Sutliff, Owner of Tint Floral to explore the art of dried floral wreath design. This drop-in demonstration will teach you how to handle delicate dried stems with wire to maintain their structure. You'll learn which summer flowers keep their color when dried and how to arrange them to make a beautiful wreath.
