(DC) (District Department of Energy and Environment) The DC Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) invites you to participate in a site walk for the Kingman & Heritage Islands Trails and Amenities Design Project.

The day will begin with a guided walk through the project area, allowing participants to experience the islands’ natural features firsthand while learning about existing conditions and opportunities. This site walk is part of the Pre-Design Phase of a two-year design period. Later in the afternoon, we will hold an in-person charrette on Education and Ecology. You do not need to attend both events, but you are welcome to. (See the separate Eventbrite page.)
