(VA) (NOVA Parks) This month we will discuss Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. This beautiful book is a love story to the relationships between and within nature and man. A series of essays by the author, each illustrates a facet of science, indigenous and how to listen to the plants that surround us. We’ll discuss the book, experience the scent of sweetgrass and venture out into Winkler to better her footprint.
